Meet thoughtfully
Meet in public, well-lit campus spaces. Bring a friend if you want. Agree on pickup, return, and off-platform payment details before meeting. If you feel unsafe, leave and seek appropriate local assistance.
Check and document the item
Inspect the item together. Take clear photos at pickup and again at return, including existing wear or damage. Confirm the fit, condition, cleanliness, and listed replacement value before accepting it.
Costumes and prohibited items
Disclose and avoid hazardous costume materials. Do not list weapons or realistic weapon props, flammable or hazardous items, stolen or counterfeit goods, or items requiring a license. Clean clothing before sharing it and disclose known defects, sharp components, or other hazards.
Report problems promptly
Use “Report a problem” on the rental and include relevant photos. Toga may help users communicate in good faith and does not guarantee outcomes. For safety, support, or account issues, contact jointoga@gmail.com. Toga is not a party to rentals and does not provide insurance or emergency services.
